Vouchers are valid Monday to Friday for 12 months from Date of Purchase and are non-refundable, must be used/redeemed/booked within this timeframe.

NB. Vouchers cannot be used/redeemed on 14th Feb Valentines Day and on Mothers Day. Subject to overall availability.

Full Voucher value must be used in one transaction, any outstanding or unused balance cannot be transferred or carried forward.

Voucher must be presented to a member of staff on arrival.
